Excellent Service
Notified us what time He was coming. Very nice Explained the problems. Showed my husband the camera. Gave us options explained the membership program. It was a very good experience
Rafael was able to respond to our a/c emergency within a few hours of calling. The communication with the company was top-notch--no wondering when/if they might show up! Rafael was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He spent as much time as we needed to explain our different options. The company even loaned us portable a/c units because they knoew we had a house full of guests! Highly recommend!
Air conditioner froze up. Tim explained what was going on & what needed to happen. Made sure he could come back on my schedule to finish when everything thawed. He checked pipes, connections, fluids, cleaned and made sure everything worked. Courteous and great service. Just what I have come to expect from this company.
Just is communicative, friendly, and respectful with excellent customer service. But charging $423.36 to change one broken light switch is high in my opinion.

Johnny Camp the technician that was sent to us after getting some other technicians from Mighty plumbing, was able to explain and look into the reasons why the RTU wasn’t working and found the problem, not like the other technicians that just came and look at it and turn it off and plug it back in and started the unit. Johnny knows what his doing, he is someone you can trust.
Justin was knowledgeable of the request and able to make the change quickly.
