HVAC Apprentice

As an HVAC Installer apprentice, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time.

By working closely with the lead installer and installation manager, you will learn how to complete jobs according to job time expectations and under budget.

• Assist lead installer in all HVAC system installations; be efficient and accurate
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
• Take initiative to advance working knowledge, skills, and proactively own advancement
• Show yourself as willing and to learn and retain the information
• Assist in checking material to ensure it is correct and organized for the project
• Support lead installer in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
• Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training to lead installations
• Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork
• Miscellaneous projects and assignments at management’s discretion

Physical Requirements:

• Expected to lift, lower, push and pull items more than 75lbs with assistance.
• Standing and kneeling work
• The ability to work on ladders

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate: Brighton, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience: HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: EPA Type II (Preferred)
