Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Residential Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential electrical service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of electricians, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of electricians, including scheduling work assignments, providing training, and ensuring that work is completed to the highest quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that all work is completed to the satisfaction of the client.
- Manage the financial performance of the department, including developing and monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that project timelines are met and that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety policies and regulations, and ensuring that all team members are trained on safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including billing, payroll, and project documentation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies, and make recommendations for process improvements and new equipment or tools.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in residential electrical services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, as well as safety procedures and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
Schedule: Day shift
Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
