This role is responsible for troubleshooting, inspecting, and fixing our customers’ drain issues. It is important to be an expert at handling, unclogging, and fixing Drain piping and issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete all general clogged drain or leaking drain, service calls.
  •  Maintain a clean and organized job site representing and protecting the company’s reputation
  • Show up on time for calls and all training meetings
  • Drain and waste system troubleshooting ability
  • Establish customer rapport and provide the right products and solutions
  • Ask proper lifestyle questions to troubleshoot drain and waste system malfunctions
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
  • Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming drain systems
  • Understand service criteria and be accountable for exceeding revenue goals
  • Achieve daily revenue goals and required closing rate on calls to the benchmark of the department
  • Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
  • Where clean uniform daily and promoting the Mighty brand
  • Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business
  • Protect company assets by maintaining a clean and tidy truck
  • Receive regular truck washes, oil changes to be completed outside of working hours
  • Maintain inventoried truck, as established by Mighty standards
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning staff and employee meetings
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure timely, accurate repairs and installations.
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets
  • Miscellaneous projects assignments at management’s discretion

Qualifications

  • Ability to troubleshoot drain and waste systems
  • Clean, safe driving record.

  • Strong verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex drain and waste system issues with customers in a way they understand

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50lb
  • Be able to stand for up to 4hrs at a time
  • Able to kneel

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types: Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate: Brighton, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required)
