After more than a week without hot water and three trips from Mighty Plumbing, the fourth trip was the charm. Bruce knew what he was doing! He worked really hard and double checked everything. We now have hot water. While it took a while to solve the problem, this company kept coming out promptly and seemed invested in solving the problem.

Christpher and Kenny were timely and personable as before. They accomplished the required task and performed a system verification test which revealed a setup problem that had been interjected after the last system verification they performed. They released the system to me only after satisfactory function was demonstrated. We discussed some remaining issues and agreed on an approach. I’m not sure how this review system is supposed to work because it always returns me to the original review. Since the original service we have had two more. All service has been good to exceptional. These guys have all been great to work with in keeping us going when things are bad. Brandon Gaza plumbed on a manual valve, a drain check valve, and plugged an unused laundry drain. He did it in the middle of the night crew setup and got things completed in good time. He is an excellent young plumber.

My 25 year old furnace bit the dust right before Christmas and when other companies told me that the earliest they could have someone there was the days later Mighty Plumbing and Heating had someone there that afternoon. The day other companies said was the earliest they could get someone to see us Roman and Kevin from Mighty were here to install our new system and made sure that they got us heat back before the day was over. I called because my furnace wasn’t pushing heat, they had a technician named Christian at my house less than two hours later. He took a look at the system, diagnosed the issue, and had it back up and running in a little over an hour. Can’t say enough about how good they are. Five stars for sure!

Landon, from Mighty Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric LLC, just came to check my furnace , water heater and air conditioner. They were all over 30 years old (original things from when I bought this townhouse 9 years ago). He showed me spots where things look very old. I’m lucky that they’ve lasted this long. It’s definitely time to replace these. He gave me 3 options to choose from. Obviously nothing is cheap but I think he did a very good job in explaining things. So I guess that this will be my Christmas present to me.

The last couple of times I’ve scheduled for maintenance, my appointment was rescheduled which is an inconvenience but I was very impressed with the tech Bruce. He was timely, polite and knowledgeable. The company overall gets a better review from me solely based on the technician.

The team at Mighty was great to work with on our boiler and water heater replacement. Landon spent a long time with us talking us through boiler 101, which was helpful going into our first winter with a boiler rather than a furnace. They scheduled and executed our install really quickly. Chris DeRock and the install crew also spent a lot of time educating us on the new system. I don't write reviews and I am not easily impressed. We had a wonderful experience with Mighty. We have a very complicated hydronic system with solar preheating of domestic hot water. The hot water went out on Sunday and an expert was at my house Monday morning early. After looking at my rats nest of pipes and wire he decided to get a specialist to take a look. An hour later I had a hydronic heating guru walking me through my system and it's possible issues. He diagnosed the problem to a shorted wire and patched it up. True to their words there was no charge for the estimate. Two professionals made separate trips to my house on short notice and spent quite some time answering all my complicated questions. It was the best plumbing service I have had. I will recommend Mighty to anyone anytime.

The entire experience from booking to having Landon coming to the home was easy. They kept me up to date on time of arrival making it easy to know when I needed to be home. I do not have enough good things to say about Mighty Plumbing. They gave an extremely competitive price, gave great advice on our water heater replacement, were able to remove an additional old solar water heater tank we had in our home, and did a great job on installing our new water heater. They were one of the most friendly, professional and kind contractors I have ever had in my home. They took their time to make sure everything was right, they were in no rush to jump to the next job. If you're reading this, these are the guys you are looking for for your next heating/plumbing project.

These guys were great! Installed our gas line and gas heater in a new detached garage. Great attitude. Great communication. Very friendly and professional. They also take care to consider minor details like cleaning and straightening up the site and fixing anything that may need additional attention that cropped up during the work. I.e. the guys hit more rock when trenching and they brought in extra dirt to make the back filling good and compact. Thanks guys! Will call you anytime we need you in the future.

To start off I want to say that the service techs are friendly and professional. I don't usually have a lot of plumbing needs but this company has been my go to for a long time now. Unfortunately it seems recently their policies have changed to plain shady. Now they are outrageously expansive, do not have a realistic time frame of arrival, and pray on people that don't know any better. First gripe is that the arrival window was 8am-4pm, an 8 hour window, at that point you can just say - stay home, someone might show up at some point. And even then, they had things come up and couldn't be there until 6pm. The other gripe is more egregious. I need to get a kitchen drain unclogged, the same one they done 3 years ago. Last time it was $69, and the tech told me that it came with lifetime warrantee on the drain cleaning, which I thought was beyond generous. Paying $69 for a visit and a quick service is fair, no business can stay afloat if they did unlimited cleanings for that price. I wasn't even going to mention the warrantee but then they told me that the drain snaking would cost $350!!! Well at that point I did remember about the warrantee, and of course now there was no record of that being attached to my account. How convenient. Their website still has a bunch of 'offers' for $69 dollar cleanings but apparently that's for 'diagnosing' only. So beware! $69 dollars is to confirm that water indeed doesn't flow and needs to be snaked... that's just deceptive. If you are going to have a dispatch fee that is fine but do not call it a drain service offer. After lots of back and forth, they did lower the price to $175, so I bumped the review to 2 stars. 1 star for the nice techs and 1 star for bringing the price down from outrageous to just wildly overpriced. Single snake attempt and 15 minutes later the sink was flowing again. I think at their standard rate comes out to be about 1,400$ an hour? Ohh then their company policy is to try and sell me a bottle of drain enzymes for 120 dollars! What?! That staff costs like 7 dollars at Lowes. I can't imagine what they would charge if an actual repair was needed, I would probably need to file bankruptcy. I feel bad for anyone that might get taken advantage like that. TLDR: Between not honoring their warrantee, having 8 hour arrival window that they couldn't keep, deceptive marketing, and outrageous pricing there is no way I could recommend their services to anyone. Sad to see a good company get ruined by terrible business practices. They used to provide good service at fair prices and grew, now they are switching over to shady business practices to swindle people that don't know any better. Shame! My advice, if you need a drain cleaning or any plumbing services google or thumbtack some other plumbing companies, plenty of them do cleanings for 50-75 dollars.

We were more than pleased with David Wilson’s work. We knew that our Sump Pump had to be replaced, and since we had used Mighty plumbing several times before and, because of the quality of their work, we called and David was who they sent out. He was not only professional and skilled, but he was very personable and kind. He did an awesome job. He also took the time to explain everything about the sump pump thank you David. And thank you, Mighty plumbing.

Great service. I made an appointment so easily online and they came out next day for non-emergency services. We had Zach out to clean out our furnace and he did such a meticulous job and explained everything so well. Then Teddy came out later to inspect our gas line and offered great advice and insight. Both men were super friendly and great customer service! Highly recommend using Mighty for your heating and plumbing needs.

Christpher and Kenny were timely and personable as before. They accomplished the required task and performed a system verification test which revealed a setup problem that had been interjected after the last system verification they performed. They released the system to me only after satisfactory function was demonstrated. We discussed some remaining issues and agreed on an approach.

Isaac the technician was wonderful! Expert work for a fair price. More than this, he is a positive and helpful person, he explained everything he was doing and went above and beyond what one would expect. Should we ever have other problems, I am calling Mighty Plumbing.

Zach was on time, efficient and gave us a ton of information about the issue we were worried about.

He tried hard to locate the filtet. I couldn't find it either but he gave it his best shot. I know the filter is somewhere on the backside of the unit but the way the attack is built you need to be al mouse to get to the back if you were clueless as to where the filterbis located. Kudos to Matt forwarding. He did a great job.

Dave did a courtesy plumbing service call that revealed issues on a two year-old water heater that could have impacted both home resale and water heater warranty. Was able to address both of them on the spot. Not only was he an excellent service rep, he was a terrific communicator and extremely personable - a real asset to the company.

Always great service. Super helpful and answer all my questions. Highly recommend the membership it more than pays for itself, they even called and reminded me I have free services left to use for the year because of my membership. Their plumber John was super nice and patient with explaining things to me.
