I had Landon Mcgill, help me this morning. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the repair vs replacement options in a way I understood. After deciding to replace my furnace, Landon was then able to offer me same day replacement. I know that isn't always an option and how busy it must be with the cold snap coming in this weekend. Big props. I know the work will be done well and in a timely manner as well.
