He tried hard to locate the filtet. I couldn't find it either but he gave it his best shot. I know the filter is somewhere on the backside of the unit but the way the attack is built you need to be al mouse to get to the back if you were clueless as to where the filterbis located. Kudos to Matt forwarding. He did a great job.

We recently had an issue with our water heater that wouldn’t stay lit, and Abram Trujillo went above and beyond to help us get it fixed. On his first visit, Abram got the heater lit, but unfortunately, it went out again an hour later. He came back the very next day, took the water heater apart, and replaced a few parts, but it still wouldn’t stay lit. Abram didn’t give up. He went to several places to find the necessary parts and, during installation, a rod broke, requiring the entire element to be replaced. Despite the added cost, Abram insisted on covering the part since he broke it. Abram didn’t just fix the problem—he also took the time to show us how everything works and explained the maintenance steps we can take to help the water heater last longer. His professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out to us. From now on, we’ll only choose Abram for any plumbing and heating needs we have. Highly recommend!

I called to get some help diagnosing my doorbell and an outlet in the basement. I also learned about a possible project to install a surge protector on my breaker box. While we did not decide to go with the project today, Chris Mora was awesome, thorough and answered all of my questions!

The motor in my furnace failed. I called Mighty. The operating service was fast to respond and the technician was good about giving me an arrival window to which he actually showed up in. My techs name was Isaac. He was very professional, personable and was beyond willing to work with me and find solutions not only to fix the furnace but also keep my financial state in mind. Not only is my ac back up and running but Isaac and Ken saved me a bunch of money in the process. No one wants to have things go wrong. But when they do trust is a major part. In the end I felt more than comfortable leaving Isaac in my home unattended as I ran an errand. I will be contacting Mighty plumbing and heating for all future unfortunate events.
