Tae, Did an excellent job with the task he was assigned, kept me in the loop at all phases of his task. Sorry he walked into a cluster F$@K!! Tae was a polite young man, had awesome manners, customer service and was very knowledgeable in his job. I would also would like to give a excellent review of the other tech. that showed up - his name was Dan - did not get a last name. I see a bright future for Tae and Dan at Mighty!! I will pass along my experience with Mighty, Tae and Dan and will refer anyone I know that may need HVAC service in the future. Its not often that you have a pleasant experience when dealing with home maintenance issues, but this was one of them!!
